RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
EIS wants you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase. Taking pride in the quality workmanship of
our products, we maintain very high quality control standards and all
our garments are inspected prior to leaving our warehouse. Please
inspect all merchandise immediately and report any shortages or damages.
Shortages, damages and picking and packing errors must be reported to
the EIS customer service department at customerservice@EquiInStyle.com within 15 (fifteen) days of merchandise receipt.
If granted, a return authorization (RA) will be issued . All merchandise
returned without an authorization will be refused. Only defective merchandise
or merchandise that does not match the purchase order can be accepted
for credit exchange or refund. All return or exchange merchandise
must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition with original tags attached,
and in its original packaging.

SHIPPING
If an item is being returned because
it does not match the purchase order or was damaged or defective due
to any reason beyond the customer’s control, we will gladly cover
the cost of shipping for both the returned item and the exchange.
If the item is being returned for any other reason the customer is responsible
for all the shipping costs.

Rush Next Day Shipping: There
